STOWE, VT. — DECEMBER 13, 2004 — PAR-Springer Miller Systems Inc. Positioned in the natural playground of Western Newfoundland, Humber Valley Resort is truly a resort for all seasons, offering skiing, snowmobiling, canoeing, angling, hiking, and golfing. This unique development features 321 privately owned vacation properties, consisting of three to six bedroom luxury chalets. Each chalet is strategically hidden in the forest either abutting the 18-hole championship golf course or cresting a magnificent view. The Resort was recently awarded four prestigious 2004 Bentley International Homes Awards for Best Canadian Development, Best Canadian Property, Best Winter Sports Development and Best Property Advertisement. In 2003, the Resort received both the Best International Resort and the Best Canadian Resort awards at the Bentley Awards Ceremony.

Humber Valley Resort will use PAR-Springer-Miller Systems software to enhance the experience the staff provides to its clients and guests by providing incredible service at every area of guest contact, from the front desk to the golf course to the restaurants.
